Cancellation & No-Show

To secure all appointment bookings, We kindly require a credit card on file. Rest assured, your credit cards are safely stored and encrypted through our trusted booking software..

FOR HAIRCUT APPOINTMENTS:

To ensure your commitment, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the haircut cost for any changes or cancellations made within the 48-hour window. If you fail to show up without notifying us, your card will be charged the full 100% of the appointment cost.

Color Appointment Deposit Agreement

To finalize your color service appointment, we will collect a 50% non-refundable deposit during your consultation. This ensures your commitment as we prepare for your transformation. If you are a repeat client booking the same color service as your last appointment using our online booking service, the deposit will be collected by your stylist in due time. If your stylist cannot get a hold of you to collect this deposit, your color service appointment will be canceled. Life happens, and we are sympathetic to unforeseen circumstances. As such, we agree to extend you the courtesy of one appointment change. In return, you agree that if you cannot honor your second scheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeit. Consultations

All new color clients must endure a consultation before scheduling a color service. If you arrive 15 minutes late or fail to show up for your complimentary consultation without a call, we may need to charge your card on file $50. Additionally, for late cancellations within the 48-hour window, we reserve the right to process a $25 fee to your card on file.

If your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting, especially if you have a non-professional color present in your hair, you may be asked to complete a multi-step color agreement.

Adjustments

  • If you are unsatisfied with your hair, We are happy to make the appropriate adjustments up to 1 week after your appointment. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll ensure every detail is attended to.

  • Please contact us immediately to schedule an adjustment. We will not offer an adjustment for any service after one week of the initial service.

  • Adjustments will be full price if you, or anyone, including another professional makes any adjustments to the cut/color.

  • Chemical services are only guaranteed if you choose to invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from our salon. This ensures your stylist can be confident you’re caring for your hair according to the specific guidelines on our Unicorn Hair Care page.
